Pauline Weritz
I would like to share a short bio and motivation. I am an Assistant Professor for Organizational Behavior, Change Management, and Consultancy in the Industrial Engineering and Business Information Systems Section at the University of Twente in the Netherlands. My background is in Psychology and Information Systems Management, which is why I focus my work on the behavioral/people perspective of IS. Besides research, I am actively involved in projects at my university around DEI and shaping responsible futures, for example, by hosting the podcasts “Beyond Boundaries” and “Hello Diversity.” With my actions, I aim to foster diversity and encourage especially female students/scholars to be visible within the community. For the role of the funding chair, I would like to bring in my networking skills and also learn more about the structure of the college.
